Can I request an extra round of amends?
Sure. We’re always happy to go through an extra round to get things just right. Let us know when you think you need it and we’ll add it on for a small fee.
How long does a branding project take?
Tricky one. It depends on your ambition and budget, but generally speaking, a startup brand may take between one and three weeks, whereas more extensive branding and design services can last from four to twelve weeks.
How do you hand everything over at the end?
We’ll give you everything you need in multiple file formats. We usually send everything via Google Drive, but we’re not precious. Whatever works best for you.
How do we get started?
Get in touch online or give us a call on 01248 544064. Once we’ve finalised the details, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for a deposit payment. As soon as that’s paid, the work will be scheduled in and you’ll be given clear dates for delivery. The balance is due before we hand everything over.
Who will do the work?
We will. We’re a tight-knit team with the experience of a bigger agency and the flexibility and attitude of a smaller studio.
You’ll be working with our strategic director, creative director and senior designers with expertise in brand, visual design, illustration and motion design.
