Who owns the platform once it’s built?
You do. As soon as you pay the final balance, we transfer all copyright and ownership over to you. We’re always available to host or manage the site for you, but you will technically own it and can add or remove our access at any stage.
What if we need more amends than planned?
Not a problem. This happens quite often as a project progresses and you have new ideas or thoughts. Speak to us and we’ll give you a quick quote for the added round of amends. We’ll also let you know how this impacts the timeline, if at all, so you can stay in control.
Is copy included? What about images?
It certainly can be. Our content creation team is always available to support projects, ensuring the end product is both stunning and engaging. Opting for us to create your content tends to help keep things on track, too.
Will I be able to check on progress?
We’re a collaborative bunch. As well as having a defined roadmap with agreed milestones where you’ll review our work, we also have an open Slack channel for every client. It keeps things fast, flexible and transparent.
Will we be able to update things once we’re live?
Absolutely. We strongly believe in building platforms that are easy to use and manage. We’ll give you training and create how-to videos for common changes you may want to make. These are always simple and easy to follow, thanks to our intuitive back-ends.

Will my website by fast and secure?
Yes. Our hosting service is optimised for the platforms we use (WordPress, Webflow or Shopify) and built with security in mind, meaning that your site will run smoothly day and night. Our hosting is also fully powered by renewable energy sources!
Can you help with migration?
Yes. There are a few ways we can migrate data from your current website to a new one. We’ll let you know which method we recommend based on your current setup, to avoid lengthy delays or loss of SEO performance.
Will my new site rank highly on Google?
That’s the plan. We optimise every website to perform well within search engines such as Google. We can also perform competitor and keyword research to optimise the copy and imagery on specific pages. When we launch, we notify Google that there’s a new site in town. They will then crawl the new site and start presenting it in the search results.
