As much or as little as you want. That’s up to you. We keep communication simple and direct. You’ll always be in the loop about what we’re doing and can jump in whenever you like. We understand that most people in the services industry are often very busy, so if you need to take a step back and let us handle everything, we’re happy to do that.

We’ll give you everything you need in multiple file formats. We usually send everything via Google Drive, but we’re not precious. Whatever works best for you.

Sure. We’re always happy to go through an extra round to get things just right. Let us know when you think you need it and we’ll add it on for a small fee.

All you need to do is get in touch with us. Then, we’ll go from there.  We’ll talk you through everything you need to about us and how we work, then once we’ve finalised the details, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for a 40% deposit payment. As soon as that’s paid, we schedule the work in and commit to project milestones. The balance is due before we hand everything over.
